We offer you the opportunity to buy an email addressHello, my name is Steven Flett and many of you will know me from my local I'm Stuck Tech Support.
I have now bought the Porthcawl Town web site and am offering you the chance to buy your personal email address without the hassle of setting up your own domain name, or trying to find an easy to remember name (with no numbers or dashes) from the bigger email providers.

The website is hosted by Strato and they are responsible for the email service availability. For more information on Strato please go to their website www.strato.com I cannot be held responsible for the availability of email service and loss of emails, as this service is controlled by Strato and is out of my control. Please read Strato's Terms & Conditions
Responsibility: We will not be held responsible for loss of emails or deleting of the account from your computer or phone. If you do have problems with any change to your settings we will be glad to help (call out charge will apply).
Site Running: I guarantee that I will own the Porthcawl Town domain name for the next ten years and over, but can not be held responsible if the service is offline, for example because of Strato doing maintenance.
Forgotten password: I will keep details of your password, if requested by yourself, and will then be able to text it to you after a few security questions.
Security of your information: Your information will not be shared with any other person or company.
Limited: You have a 2gb mailbox limit. Please remove junk/trash and empty the trash. If you go over the limit you will not be informed but senders will get a notification that mailbox is full.
IMAP: With mailbox being set as IMAP you can create folders under inbox but please note you are responsible for your own folder structure and should not be used for mass storage.
Payment
Payment: We do not offer credit and would ask for all payment to be paid in full before the account is set up.
Renewal: A reminder email and text will be sent out two weeks before email account expires.
Payment 2 weeks Late - Password will be changed. This will suspend email address but still keep your emails on server.
Payment 1 Month Late - Email account will be deleted
